Onboard a brand once. Every asset after that comes out on brand.
Livery turns one onboarding session into a generated design system and eight builder apps in the client's brand. Their team makes social ads, decks, mailers and ebooks on their own, and none of it can drift.
From uploaded logo files to working builders in one sitting
The studio runs onboarding with the client, often on the call. Every input updates a live preview of real components, so the client signs off on what they see.
-
Step 1
Onboard
Pick one of 15 starting themes, then replace it with the client's logos, fonts, colour roles, corner radii and icon style.

Step 2
Generate
The brand becomes 160+ design tokens. The design system and all eight builders reskin at once. You review it and approve it.
-
Step 3
Produce
The client's team opens a builder, adds components and types or pastes their copy, or lets their own AI write it. Fonts, colours, logos and spacing are already locked to the brand.
-
Step 4
Sync
When new universal components ship, one sync adds them to every client before their next campaign. Their brand stays exactly as approved.
A full design system, generated from one brand
Nothing downstream is drawn by hand. Each value comes from the brand object, so changing a colour or a corner radius changes it everywhere: the design system, every component and every builder.
- 160+
- design tokens per brand, from colour ramps to on-dark text and export fonts
- 50+
- universal components, shared by every client and reskinned rather than forked
- 4,284
- icons, drawn in the client's chosen shape, fill and weight
- 6
- container styles (elevated, outlined, filled, plain, accent top, accent left) that set how every card and callout is drawn

Eight builders, one set of components
Each builder assembles the same universal components. None carries a brand of its own, so every one of them opens in the client's.

Connect your AI. It writes the copy, your brand does the rest.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Livery. Ask for a carousel, a deck or a mailer, and your AI writes the copy and sends it straight into the builder. Every word lands in a brand-governed component, so it can't drift off brand.
- Ask in the chat you already useYour AI reads each builder's guide (its fields, length limits and structure) before it writes, and gets any mistakes back straight away.
- You approve every changeCopy arrives in the builder's AI inbox with a line-by-line preview. Apply it, discard it or undo it. Turn on Live and it lands the moment it's written.
- The AI supplies words, nothing elseIt can only fill the fields your components already have. Logos, colours, fonts and layout stay exactly as the brand was approved.

Quality checks that run without anyone asking
- Logo contrast on every surfaceEvery colour in a placed logo has to clear 3:1 against its ground (WCAG 2.2, SC 1.4.11). If it fails, Livery changes the ground and leaves the logo alone.
- Colour checks while you onboardEach colour role shows its AA and AAA result as you pick it. The studio still makes the call.
- Missing files filled inSkip the inverse logo and Livery generates one. Brand colours can be pulled straight from the logo.
Ratios computed live for a sample coral logo. Grounds that fail get a dark plate behind the logo.
Priced per brand workspace
Every plan includes the brand onboarding wizard and the design system it generates. Plans differ in builders, users and how many brands you run.
Done-for-you onboarding
We tune your vertical theme and QA your generated design system before your team starts building.
Cheaper than your next hire
A junior designer with a full tool stack costs a year. Livery Growth is a year, and your existing marketers, copywriters, and funnel engineers build the assets themselves.
All prices in ZAR, excluding VAT. AI usage via MCP requires your own AI subscription (e.g. Claude or ChatGPT).
Questions studios ask before they switch
What does a client need to bring to onboarding?
Their logo files, their fonts (any Google Font, or uploaded font files) and their brand colours. If they don't have inverse logos, Livery generates them. Copy comes later, when they make each asset.
Does the client's team need a designer?
No. They pick components and type or paste the copy. The components are drawn from the brand tokens, so layout, type, colour and logo placement are already decided.
Does Livery write the copy?
Your AI can. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Livery and it writes the copy straight into a builder. You review every change before it is applied, or switch on Live to let it land immediately. The AI only supplies the words; your brand still controls the design. You can also type or paste copy yourself.
What file formats come out?
Depending on the builder: self-contained HTML, JPG at 300 PPI, multi-page PDF, and email-safe HTML for mailers. The full list is in the builders table above.
What happens when you add new components?
They go into the universal library. Run Sync before a client's next campaign and the new components appear in their builders, in their brand. Nothing about their approved brand changes.
What does it run on?
Livery runs in the browser with no install and no build step. Writing a client instance folder uses the browser's folder access, which needs Chrome or Edge. Connecting your AI uses the Livery connector, a small companion service that links your assistant to your builders.
Can a client take their brand with them?
Yes. The brand exports as brand.json or brand.config.js, and each client instance is a self-contained folder that works offline.
